Return Policy
Our goal at G. Burns is to make fans of our customers, so the customer experience is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to send it back. Below is our return policy. Please read all points to understand the condition of which a return can be made, products that qualify, and our process.
All products, with the exception of nameplates, come with a 7-day return window from time of delivery.
We do not accept returns on nameplates as they are customized.
The return process will only be initiated by using the form below.
Upon receipt of the form, we will create a label for return shipping and send via email.
Return shipping labels must be used within 2 days of being provided, or the return is invalid.
All items must be returned in original box and packaging.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item and following an inspection. Refunds will only be provided on products that are returned without damage.
Once the inspection takes place and the returned product’s condition approved, refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of return.
The refund will only include original purchase price and shipping. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
